I led a company-wide Customer Experience Project with a broad mandate. I held deep-dive interviews with every executive and key representatives from every department and region. I synthesized findings and produced recommendations around four big ideas:

  • Fix the broken windows
  • Always deliver a top quality experience
  • Set, meet, and anticipate customer expectations
  • Make every interaction an expression of our culture and values

I wrote and directed a video to vividly communicate the future vision of Customer Experience. Our recommendations were operationalized and led to strategic projects that correctly anticipated the future and proactively reshaped the company.
