I created a Product Lifecycle Map to visually communicate an effective product development process for the global Product department. We mapped existing activities into it and established the company's most effective cross-department product development process.
Concept
Initial whiteboard diagram breaking down the key phases and explaining the participation from different departments. The iterative nature of product creation turned this into a circular diagram.
