Shorten the gap between idea and implementation with LLM-powered pipeline to create UI code from Figma artifacts, using in-house MCP server that encodes design system and engineering standards.

Full Stack UX
The UX team drives every phase of the design process—research, product design, visual design, prototyping, testing, and implementation support.

Design System
A robust design system is the best way to provide a consistent, high-quality user experience across 100+ apps while allowing teams to move fast and create tailored experiences for users.
Our design system supports teams building everything from small apps to entire research and trading platforms.
Tokenized Color and Style System
The design token system provides systematic, central control of the visual design language. This is important to the continuous improvement of the platform user experience.
Our color system enables global teams to employ colors consistently. It provides out-of-the-box light and dark modes, supports accessibility standards, and eliminates whole categories of design errors.
Tokenized text and graphic styles ensure a consistent user experience across diverse apps and complex components.
Component Library
Over 70 components, including all foundational components for text, forms, datagrids, navigation, and more, as well as a robust icon library.
Additionally, sophisticated high-level components provide high-quality UX for manipulating accounts, securities, funds, internal entitites, and other business objects.
Pattern and Template Library
Best practices for combining components to solve common needs are shown in a library of patterns and templates to be used or adapted as needed by product teams.
The UX team provides two-way communication between the implementation of patterns and the curation of the Pattern and Template Library, ensuring the library remains relevant across diverse domains.
Content Style Guide
Clear, consistent text and copy are critical to a great user experience. Every word, every character contributes to user success.
By providing standards for language, formatting, and terminology, a well-defined style guide ensures a consistent voice and tone, improves accessibility, steamlines collaboration, and reduces risk.
Our style guide reinforces effective content design, including error messages, dates, currencies, trends, units, names, and more.
